Energy Attunement is received laying down on a massage table fully clothed. It is great for pain management and aids in faster healing physically and/or emotionally. 

Sound Bath is received laying down on provided yoga mats, for group sessions, and massage table, for private sessions. It promotes relaxation, helps reduce stress, improves sleep and mood.

Breathwork Meditation is done laying down or sitting up on provided yoga mats and consists of 20 minute breathwork followed by 20 minute meditation to help integrate breathwork experience. No prior experience required for either breathwork or meditation. Breathwork promotes stress reduction, aids with depression and anxiety. It also improves blood circulation, increases energy and aids in mental clarity.
